Anglers are some of the best ambassadors of our rivers. Healthy rivers mean more fish. The following information is relevant to those that fish the Thame or would like to in the future.
Cuddesdon Mill Anglers Association: fish ‘stretches of the beautiful River Thame in and around the Chiselhampton, Cuddesdon, and Drayton St Leonards areas of Oxfordshire’.
Thame Angling Club: have fishing rights to a large section of the river in Thame, you can find out more on their website.
The Tring Anglers: have fishing rights to three sections of the river around Ickford and Shabbington, as well as along the whole of the Aylesbury Arm of the Grand Union canal.
Making Positive Changes
We love to hear about what you see on your fishing trips, by volunteering with us you will be able to send in your species records from across the river. The data that you provide helps us to make decisions for our river in the future.
