River Thame Water Quality Monitoring Training

September 22 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Our local rivers need your help! The River Thame Conservation Trust is inviting passionate local people to join our new network of Water Quality Monitors. We are gearing up to launch a volunteer-led, citizen science based, project to measure the health of the entire River Thame catchment through the FreshWater Watch platform.

Do you live near the River Thame and want to learn how you can help us better understand pollution issues by carrying out monthly surveys? Join us for this hands-on training to get involved and start gathering important data that will inform our conservation work.

To register for this event, please sign up as a volunteer HERE (or login if you are already a register volunteer). Once you have signed up you can return to this page and confirm your place at the event.

No experience or equipment necessary. Everything you need will be provided by the Trust. If you have any questions about the training or how to get involved, contact us at enquiries@riverthame.org
